Detailed Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing and Attraction:
● Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
● Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates for current and future opportunities.
Candidate Screening and Selection:
● Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
● Coordinate and conduct interviews, both initial phone screens and in-person meetings, to assess candidates’ qualifications, cultural fit, and potential for contribution to the organization.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
● Work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific needs of each role and the desired attributes of ideal candidates.
● Provide guidance and recommendations to hiring managers throughout the selection process to ensure informed hiring decisions.
Employment Branding and Candidate Experience:
● Enhance the organization’s employment brand through positive candidate experiences, effective communication, and engagement strategies.
● Participate in job fairs, campus events, and other recruitment activities to promote the organization as an employer of choice.
Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:
● Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time to fill, cost per hire, and source effectiveness, to continuously improve the recruitment process.
● Prepare and present reports on recruitment activities and outcomes to HR leadership and other stakeholders.
