■ Maintain up-to-date employee records within HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information.
■ Handle requests for HR documents, such as employment contracts and benefit packages, ensuring timely and accurate provision.

Benefits Administration Support:

■ Provide support in administering employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
■ Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and assist in resolving any issues related to benefits administration.

HR Reporting and Compliance:

■ Assist in the preparation of HR reports, such as turnover rates and hiring metrics.
■ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Support for HR Projects and Initiatives:

■ Provide logistical support for HR projects, such as employee engagement surveys, training sessions, and wellness programs.
