Calendar Management and Scheduling:
Manage and coordinate the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements to ensure optimal use of their time.
Communication Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external parties. Manage incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Document Preparation and Management:
● Prepare, edit, and manage documents such as reports, presentations, and correspondence to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
● Maintain organized filing systems for digital and physical documents.
Meeting and Event Planning:
Organize and coordinate meetings, including logistics like venues, equipment, agendas, and catering. Ensure all participants have the necessary information and materials.
Travel Coordination:
Plan and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries. Manage any necessary changes or adjustments to travel plans.
Expense Reporting and Budget Management:
Track and reconcile expenses, prepare expense reports, and assist with budget monitoring and management for the executive’s office.
Personal Support Tasks:
Assist with personal tasks as needed to support the executive’s ability to focus on professional responsibilities. This may include personal errands, managing personal appointments, or family-related activities.
