● Accurately process payroll for all employees on a regular basis, ensuring timely issuance of paychecks and electronic payments.

Tax Compliance and Reporting:

● Calculate and deposit payroll taxes, and prepare and file required tax documents by mandated deadlines.
● Stay updated with changes in tax legislation and adjust payroll processes accordingly.

Record Keeping and Data Management:

● Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records, including timesheets, wage details, and employee information, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.

Benefits Administration:

Collaborate with the HR department to administer employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave entitlements, ensuring seamless integration with payroll.

Issue Resolution and Support:

● Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding payroll inquiries and issues, providing timely and empathetic support.
● Resolve any discrepancies or errors in payroll promptly and accurately.

Continuous Improvement:

● Evaluate and improve payroll processes and systems for increased efficiency and accuracy.
● Participate in the implementation and testing of payroll software upgrades or migrations.
